Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions: items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, items must be unused and in original packaging, proof of purchase is required, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: used or damaged items, items without original packaging, custom or special order items, and gift cards.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Greene County, Missouri.
