Shipping Restrictions
State Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship certain products to the following locations:
- California: Restrictions on certain hunting equipment
- International: We do not ship outside the United States
Product Restrictions
The following items have special shipping requirements:
- Bangsticks: Must ship to billing address. Adult signature required.
- Ammunition: Ships ground only. Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Oversized Items: May require additional shipping charges.
Address Requirements
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing bangsticks or ammunition
- All shipping addresses must be within the United States
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website:
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Notify us at info@gatorhuntingextreme.com within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@gatorhuntingextreme.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Please contact us immediately at 417-838-9291 or info@gatorhuntingextreme.com if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy.
Backorders
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to:
- Wait for the item to be restocked
- Cancel the item for a full refund
- Select a comparable substitute item
